Attending conferences or meetings out of town usually means eating out for all meals of the day - whether eating out means granola bars and fruit leather carried around in one's backpack, a can't-believe-we-got-a-reservation gourmet meal, or finding a grocery and setting up a picnic in the hotel room while watching a movie. From fabulous to never-again, dining away from home is always an adventure. There are other forums for things I learn about libraries, higher education, etc. but this is a space for culinary experiences and musings while on the road. Just for fun!
